*New* - Stuck in the Middle With You

Stuck in the Middle With You is a seasonal support group for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. The impacts of menopause are coming up more and more—with clients, family, friends, and in our own experiences—and it can feel like such an isolating time. We want to change that!

In a welcoming space, you can find support, community, and evidence-based information; build connection, understanding, and acceptance of our changing bodies; and share your spirit, stories, strategies, and struggles with others who truly understand. Hosted at Realign Wellness Centre, this group brings together Comfy Chair Counselling, Holding Hope Psychotherapy, and Caring Conversations Psychotherapy to support women through menopause.
